Disclaimer

I have taken great care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct on this website for all embroidered products. All colours displayed are a close representation, though slight variations may occur. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible though can be represented differently on different computer screens. As All products are handmade slight variations in fabric may occur, therefore I cannot guarantee that what you see on screen will be exactly the one you receive though the fabric will be a near match.

Currency

All prices are in UK pounds sterling only.

Postage & Packaging

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, and sent to the address indicated on your order form, so please make sure that all details are correct as they will need to be signed for. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days. I aim to send all UK orders out within 5 - 7 workings days of receipt of order, however I make all products to order so it may take up to 14 days during busy times.

Overseas Postage

If posting overseas please email hello@sarahwhittle.co.uk for postage prices. Items will be sent out using Royal Mail Airmail. Postage costs are based on Royal Mail weight and destination. Overseas orders will be usually sent out within 14 days but no longer than 21 days.

Payments

You can order online and pay through the website using PayPal, all major credit cards are accepted. I do not gather, store or process your credit card information, we use a 3rd party financial services gateway, PayPal for your security and peace of mind. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from this website.

Commissions

I am always happy to create custom pieces. If you require a unique item I require 50% of the cost of the commission on commencement and the remaining 50% on completion. On commencement you will be emailed a pdf of the design for your approval. Timescales for the completion of the commission will be agreed before the start of the project.

Privacy

I will never pass on your personal information to any 3rd party companies. Your information will only ever be used for fulfilling and tracking your order and for keeping you up to date via my newsletter of all new products and special offers.

I do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with anyone else.

Returns and Refunds

I want my customers to have a happy shopping experience and I am confident that you will be delighted with your purchases.

I am aware that there will be occasions when customers will want to return goods and I therefore offer a full refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please return products unused, complete and in their original packaging for a replacement, exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to products being returned to me and suggest you ensure that returns are packaged securely and that you retain proof of posting. Please email hello@sarahwhittle.co.uk before returning an item.

Product Care

All items are hand made in the UK by myself Sarah Whittle.

Materials used are natural and either 100% cotton, 100% linen or 100% silk.
Products should be washed by hand and dried flat.
