Whats new on my website
This is the second butterfly in the series of illustrations I am working on.
I am working on a series of butterfly illustrations in watercolour and pen & ink.
I love illustrating nature particularly flowers, birds and insects, I have been doing so for as long as I can remember!
Chevron stitch is a line and a filling stitch which you can work on evenweave or plain weave fabrics.
I have been experimenting with free machine embroidery again and was inspired by a recent trip to Anglesey, Wales to produce this thread painting titled The Rocks.
If you are new to embroidery then chain stitch is a must have in your stitch arsenal!
